It was damaged!
Not too much. Just on one of the top corners of the back-board..It appeared to be smashed it. I could still assemble it thank god. But this was not a perfect frame like I was expecting. and the bag that had the screws in was opened. Looked like it was used.. If that one damage hadn't been there I would have gave this 5 stars. But for future buyers..go for the little more expensive good ratings daybeds.

The product arrived with three damaged parts. It appeared to be previously used. It was not able to be assembled due to the damage.
nice bed
The bed is very sturdy and pretty easy to put together. I would buy another one if I had the need. It's been up for 6 months as a daily sleeper, and it is still tight and in good shape.
