The headboard is slightly wider than the size of a California king mattress, so the headboard may overhang the sides of the bed. This headboard features very dark espresso, almost black bi-cast leather material on the front of the headboard. The top of the headboard stands 47" tall and it is 80" wide. Beautiful with Almost Any Decor
I was so nervous about this purchase because it did not have nay reveiws when I purchased it; however, I am very pleased with my purchase of this beautiful headboard!!! I have a standard King-size bed and it fits the bed perfectly and was the absolute right size even though I thought it may be too wide!!! The color is a deep, dark brown and looks a like like leather...not sure if it is or not; however, I really don't care because it looks so nice and the price with shipping was fantastic!!! I have very tradition but large Master Bedroom furniture with a Mahogony stain and Light cherry hardwood flooring but my decor is contemporary. Well, this headboard goes great wtih it all!!! It was easy to put together and seems like it will last quite a while. The look and feel of it does not seem cheap at all. I just wished the legs had a bit more of a sturdy feel to them but they are more than acceptable as-is. This was shipped to me very quickly by the seller but think the packaging could have...
