With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Nice Bed - Broke on 1st Use
Purchased the bed for our 1st camping trip. No problems with inflation (we made sure to recharge the battery ahead of time), comfortable to sleep on. Trying to deflate the bed, we tried adjusting the air nozzle and a plastic piece broke off, making the bed useless, although it made for a super quick deflation! Called The Back Store for replacement, was told they don't deal with that. Had to contact Intex directly. I was pleased to learn the tiny plastic replacement valve cost only $3..plus $5 S&H..over all, I would recommend the bed. If there is a way to deflate the bed quickly without breaking off the little plastic piece, it would be a 5-star review.

Soft in the middle.
I will start by saying this is a very nice, sturdy air mattress. It also made myself and my friends laugh out loud when we saw how tall it was after inflation.
I like the ease of inflation and deflation. The pump works great.
My only complaint is that even inflated to the max, the center of the mattress is softer than the outside edges. Meaning, with two people on the mattress it cause both to roll inward. Maybe I need to keep putting more air into the mattress, but I am afraid it is going to burst if I try much more.
Sleeping on it solo, it is fantastic and makes camping 100% more enjoyable!
Bad from China
I purchased this for my parents who where in town over the Christmas holiday, it was shipped ontime. However the first time I went to use it, the bed would leak air from the cap. Needless to say the Back store has a "no return policy on air mattress" When I purchased it and paid for it this policy was no where to be found but when I wanted a replacement for my parents to sleep on I was told that I could call Intex (the manufacturer) because there was nothing the back store could do to help. So after calling Intex and finding out that they where closed for the holidays until Jan 4th, I went to wallmart to find a replacment so that my parents did not have to sleep on the couch. After the new year I called Intex and was told by Jose "sorry but there is no warranty with this product, as it is sent from China" So needless to say after alot of run around I have a bed that I can not use and I am out the cost of the bed. This is not a product I would recomend to buy due to the customer...
