black satin is great :)
I have been looking for something like this for a while...Because black comforters look great but they pick up a lot of lint and dust...but not this one...yay!!!...satin gives it more of a polished look and makes your room look a bit more dressed up....

This stuff was total crap!
I purchased this because I could not find black satin anywhere in the stores. when I got it, I put it on the bed and when it came time to wash it, I did. Well the comforter began to fall apart as did the bed skirt (which I didn't even wash). It was a total rip off. Don't buy one.
Silky, true black Comforter
My daughter wanted a more sophisticated decor when we decided to update her bedroom from pink, purple, lime green, and includes a lot of high school memorabilia all over the room. She likes black as a base, but has allergies so a lot of the microsuede and textured fabric which attracts everything floating in the air wasn't a practical choice for us. This set was one of the very few satiny black comforters I found after browsing many, many websites online. The bed is full size, which is what I ordered. The comforter is smallish so didn't hang over very much at all (80 x 76, I believe) which I thought would be fine, but looks really short when actually on the bed. The only other thing that was a concern was the fibers used to pad or stuff the comforter poked through the satiny fabric. I used a little lint roller to try removing the little strands and 8 or 10 more per spot pulled through. I was not careless but very careful with our new purchase so therefore this was frustrating...
