Very impressed! It arrived a week before the due date. The only problem I had was that there was some confusion on the shipping. The headboard arrived one day and there was no railing. When I tracked the order, it showed the whole order as "delivered". Spoke with an Amazon rep and he confirmed that there was only one box and the bed rails had been left out. He did a great job and compensated my account for the mistake. However, feeling something was a little off, I decided to contact Skyline myself. Again, GREAT customer service. Turns out, there were two separate boxes and the other was just a day behind. YaY!!
