Infested with fire ants
When I received this package, I was stoked. It was the final piece needed to complete our nursery. While the assembly was easy, I had some issues with the paint on the woodwork as well as what I found packed inside of the cushion bags.
The woodwork's paint is faded in areas and chipping but it is easily covered by the arm rests. I was willing to overlook that. But once I got to unwrapping the rest of the cushions, I quickly noticed there was an issue.. a very ITCHY issue. FIRE ANTS. I found at least 5 fire ants wrapped up with the cushions, per bag. I am now covered in ant bites and I had to spray in the nursery with non-toxic spray to kill them. I hope it works before the baby gets here.
All in all, it is a good product, but they need to be careful with their packaging and everything else. Who knows what else could get into these packages.

Damaged Goods!
The price of the chair is great BUT it arrived damaged! The only reason I'm not returning this chair is because it's damaged in a place that doesn't affect the use.
I wouldn't recommend this chair to a heavy or tall person, although it fits me perfectly I'm 5'2" 115 pounds. I've read other reviews saying this product doesn't hold up so I will update this review if it ends up breaking.
Broken Product
I received my glider broken, its a very nice product, but it came broken from one side, and its an important part of the glider where it is broken because it`s where you screw the tools. . . I tried to glue it back on but it didn't help. . .
