Keeps coffee hot, no spills, cleans up nicely
I've had this for about a year now, and it does everything I need it to do. I don't drink my coffee quickly, but I like it hot - this mug does the trick. And it looks good on my desk!

slightly overrated
Mug arrived broken. The handle of the mug came cracked. It is made out of plastic and painted to look like the stainless steel mug. THat is the worst part of the mug. Great customer service sent a replacement immediatley, no hassles.
The rest of the mug seems well made, I use my replacement daily as a desk mug, 4-5 months now and no problems. I never use the top to the mug, which would help with the mugs marginal insulating properties, but it still keeps this desk jockey's cup of coffee warm enough to finish.
THe other thing I dont like about it is that it is not dishwasher safe. However, this seems to be the case with a lot of insulating mugs. THe stainless on this model cleans easy, but you are supposed to be careful with submerging the leather.

Beautiful, functional mug / cup
Finally a stainless cup/mug that has some style! Not only does it seem to work well keeping drinks hot or cold, but it's lovely to look at, too. The stylish lid is for maximizing temperature regulation only, as there is no hole for drinking.
I've put my other stainless cup away & am keeping only this one at my desk. It receives lots of compliments and is easy to identify in the usual sea of drab black stainless mugs.

Like other stainless items, hand washing is recommended, but it is well worth it.
