Not all Hook-On rails are the same size
My bed has hook on rails to fit a full size mattress and slots a little wider to fit a queen mattress but the queen mattress is longer. I ordered these rails so I could switch to a queen mattress but the hooks are shorter and the rails won't connect to my headboard and footboard.
Maybe I can build something useful with the rails... The sellers return policy would only give me a refund of $5.01 afer shipping and restocking fees and I'm not driving to the post office for that.
Also, the paint is very thin. When I tried to attach the rails, the paint came off from every part that touched the headboard.

Just what we needed!
The hook-on rails for our 4-post bed were lost in a previous move. After much deliberation and consideration, I ordered these as a replacement. They work perfectly! The hooks are standard, slipped into our headboard and footboard easily. The box spring fits inside the frame without any issue. I did not order the center support because I disassembled our old bolt-on type bed frame and used that center support with these rails. It worked just fine! I would recommend these rails if you're in the same situation!
